VocabFlow 1.0 is built and published by Trieflow LLC. Trieflow collects no app data from VocabFlow.

On-device speech

Speech recognition is required to run on-device through Apple Speech. If on-device recognition is not available for your selected language and Mac, VocabFlow stops. It has no remote transcription fallback and no Trieflow speech server.

Audio and dictated text

Microphone audio is transient: it exists only for the active dictation and is not retained. Dictation history is off by default. If you explicitly enable local history, text stays in VocabFlow's local app container until you delete it.

Correction Memory and profiles

Your correction rules, writing profiles, and app assignments are stored locally. Smart App Profiles use only the frontmost application's bundle identifier. VocabFlow does not inspect document content or window titles.

Permissions

Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions support dictation. Accessibility is optional and is used only to paste corrected text into the frontmost app. Copy works without Accessibility permission. Demo Mode requests no permissions.

Accounts, analytics, and networking

VocabFlow 1.0 has no account, analytics, advertising SDK, telemetry, cloud synchronization, or Trieflow backend. Trieflow LLC receives no app data. Website hosting may process ordinary web request data under the hosting provider's operational controls.
