Describe what you expected, what happened, your macOS version, and your selected speech language. Never send dictated text you do not want included.
System requirements
VocabFlow requires macOS 14 or later and Apple on-device speech availability for the selected language and Mac. A microphone is required for live dictation. Accessibility is optional.
Try Demo Mode
Demo Mode skips setup and opens the complete fixture interface without microphone, Speech Recognition, or Accessibility permissions. All recording and insertion actions are simulated.
If text cannot be inserted
VocabFlow copies the corrected text first. Paste it with Command-V, or grant Accessibility permission in System Settings to enable automatic paste.
If on-device recognition is unavailable
Choose another locally supported language or verify that your Mac has the required Apple speech assets. VocabFlow intentionally has no cloud fallback.
Purchase and billing
VocabFlow is planned as a one-time $9.99 Mac App Store purchase. There is no subscription or in-app purchase. Apple manages transactions and refunds.
